Cardroom Specialist

This role supports regulatory and compliance functions, including an end-to-end cannabis solution covering every sector of the cannabis marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Print medical ID cards and sign off on all documentation completed via reports and logs daily.
• Utilize analytical and judgment skills to identify and match correspondence to the correct medical ID card before mailing.
• Maintain productivity on all systems and deliver a quality product while meeting all production deadlines.
• Reconcile all incoming and completed work.
• Operate printing equipment, including setup, loading materials, clearing jams, handling simple malfunctions, and unloading product.
• Perform repetitive tasks subject to daily quality inspections.
• Demonstrate excellent dexterity with upper body, arms, and hands.
• Work in both sitting and standing positions throughout the day.
• Remain flexible to assist with other task projects as needed.
• Identify and communicate all issues or concerns to leadership daily.
• Adapt to changes in duties, workflow, and priorities.
• Work overtime when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Self-directed and motivated.
• Typing speed of 35 words per minute.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data entry accuracy.
• Ability to use a desktop computer system.
• Logical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Successful completion of a Level 2 background check prior to employment.
