This role supports regulatory and compliance functions, including an end-to-end cannabis solution covering every sector of the cannabis marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Print medical ID cards and sign off on all documentation completed via reports and logs daily.
- Utilize analytical and judgment skills to identify and match correspondence to the correct medical ID card before mailing.
- Maintain productivity on all systems and deliver a quality product while meeting all production deadlines.
- Reconcile all incoming and completed work.
- Operate printing equipment, including setup, loading materials, clearing jams, handling simple malfunctions, and unloading product.
- Perform repetitive tasks subject to daily quality inspections.
- Demonstrate excellent dexterity with upper body, arms, and hands.
- Work in both sitting and standing positions throughout the day.
- Remain flexible to assist with other task projects as needed.
- Identify and communicate all issues or concerns to leadership daily.
- Adapt to changes in duties, workflow, and priorities.
- Work overtime when needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Self-directed and motivated.
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure data entry accuracy.
- Ability to use a desktop computer system.
- Logical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Successful completion of a Level 2 background check prior to employment.
