About the role
We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to perform radiographic and technical assistance in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct radiographic imaging and assist during cardiovascular procedures
- Support diagnostic and interventional cardiology teams
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Completion of a Radiologic Technology program
- Within one year of hire, certification as a National Registered Technologist - Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography
- Current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- California Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Training in EKG interpretation, intra-aortic balloon insertion, waveform interpretation, IVUS, flow wire insertion, electrophysiology, and hemodynamic monitoring
- Advanced training as a Cath lab Technologist
- At least one year of cath lab or special procedure experience
