About the role
This role supports invasive cardiovascular procedures under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assisting physicians during procedures as a scrub tech and monitor tech
- Operating imaging equipment
- Interpreting EKGs and pressures
- Preparing and maintaining the cath lab
- Assisting with patient transport
- Ensuring safety and sterile conditions
Qualifications and Skills
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in science or healthcare experience
- Current AHA ACLS certification
- RCIS certification within 18 months or ARRT/TX RT(R)
- Knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment troubleshooting

- Orientation of staff and students
- Inventory management
- Post-procedure patient monitoring
