Cardiovascular Surgical Technologist II

Role: Surgical Tech II – Cardiovascular Responsibilities: Support complex cardiac and vascular procedures by preparing the OR, assembling and managing specialized instruments and equipment, maintaining sterile technique, and anticipating the needs of the surgical team. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perfusion staff to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Document procedures accurately and support quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and instrumentation. Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to adapt quickly in a high-acuity environment and support clinical best practices.
