Job Summary

Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date
- Two years CVOR experience required (specifically open heart)
- Certified Surgical Technologist
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize the surgical suite with necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Support patients with transport, positioning, prepping, and draping
- Scrub in and assist the surgeon by providing instruments, handling specimens, and anticipating team needs
- Maintain a sterile field, monitor equipment and patient status, and take quick, effective action when needed
- Maintain a collaborative, high-performing team culture
