Cardiovascular Surgeon
Responsibilities
- Employed under Shasta regional Medical Group hospital owned multi-specialty medical group.
- Work Schedule: 3 Weeks ON 1 Week OFF.
- Call Schedule: 3 Weeks ON 1 WEEK OFF.
- Cardiothoracic surgery, TAVR, da Vinci, CABG, AVR, MVR & Triple AAA.
- Sign-On bonus and relocation allowance will also be given.
- Delivers patient-centered healthcare with compassion, dignity and respect for every patient and their family.
- Offers the following cardiac services:
- (1) WATCHMAN procedure for people with atrial fibrillation not caused by a heart valve problem.
- (2) CardioMEMS System heart failure monitoring device.
- (3) Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery Program:
- (1) Coronary artery bypass grafting.
- (2) Valve repair and replacement.
- (3) Aorta repair.
- (4) Thoracic procedures.
- (5) Vascular procedures.
- (6) Off-pump (OPCAB) bypass surgery.
Requirements
Must be available during their ON to go to the hospital.

Pay
The current compensation range for this role is $462,460-$649,347. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
