Cardiovascular Surgeon

About the role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Cardiovascular Surgeon to join a Structural Heart Program team supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions
• Manage admissions, consults, and referrals
• Participate in call coverage as needed
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to academic programs (education/research)
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation including insurance requirements and appeals

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice or Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Advanced Life Support preferred.
• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
