Cardiovascular Registered Nurse

We are seeking a CVOR Registered Nurse to deliver specialized perioperative care for cardiovascular surgery patients. Key responsibilities include: circulating and scrubbing in a high-acuity CVOR, managing invasive lines and hemodynamic monitoring, and collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perfusionists.Adhere to evidence-based protocols, maintain strict sterility and safety standards, and support rapid response situations to ensure patient safety.Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and exceptional patient outcomes.Assist in mentoring staff and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Qualifications and skills: nursing licensure, experience in cardiovascular perioperative care, strong clinical skills, teamwork, and adherence to safety and sterility protocols.
