Schedule
- Day shift | Full-time 36 hours (3 - 12 hour shifts) - 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Rotating weekends

How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse by assessing patient needs, implementing individualized care plans, and promoting safe, high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Coordinate patient care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team while documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Assess patient conditions, communicate clinical changes promptly, and carry out physician and nursing orders to support patient safety and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate discharge planning, ensure continuity of care, and deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
Minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Additional preferences
- One year RN experience preferred
