How you’ll make an impact
- Care Planning: Implement and track customized, evidence‑based patient care plans.
- Condition Monitoring: Record and communicate real‑time clinical changes to the care team.
- Interdisciplinary Lead: Coordinate all disciplines to ensure seamless, holistic patient care.
- Order Execution: Precisely execute physician and nursing directives with clinical accuracy.
- Transition Strategy: Manage discharge planning to ensure safe and successful patient transitions.
Minimum Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
- Registered Nurse credentialed by the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire.
Additional Preferences
- 1 year cardiovascular experience.
