How you’ll make an impact

• Care Planning: Implement and track customized, evidence‑based patient care plans.
• Condition Monitoring: Record and communicate real‑time clinical changes to the care team.
• Interdisciplinary Lead: Coordinate all disciplines to ensure seamless, holistic patient care.
• Order Execution: Precisely execute physician and nursing directives with clinical accuracy.
• Transition Strategy: Manage discharge planning to ensure safe and successful patient transitions.

Minimum Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• Registered Nurse credentialed by the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire.

Additional Preferences

• 1 year cardiovascular experience.
