Cardiovascular Diagnostics - Clinical Nurse (PRN)

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities within established nursing standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key Responsibilities: Promotes patient- and family-centered care in a healing environment, educating them on managing their illness, post-treatment needs, and medication administration.Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patients, and families.Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times. Qualifications: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing required.RN license required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 2 years of experience preferred.Experience in cardiac, ED, or ICU settings is highly preferred.
