Cardiovascular Diagnostics - Clinical Nurse (PRN)

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
• Experience: Entry-level acceptable; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
• Preferred Experience: Cardiac, Emergency Department, or ICU experience.

Schedule

• No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.
• Shifts are 7AM-3:30PM.
