Responsibilities

• Performing cardiothoracic surgical procedures within an established clinical protocol.
• Providing coverage in an inpatient, on-site setting with scheduled clinical hours.
• Managing inpatient cases during assigned call periods, operating on a 1:3 call ratio.
• Deliver high-quality patient care within a cardiothoracic surgical service line.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in scheduled clinical hours and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications and skills

• Board certification in cardiothoracic surgery or related specialty.
• Ability to handle inpatient surgical cases and participate in on-call duties.
