Requirements

• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Types of Cases: Rounding in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Pre and Post‑Cardiac Surgery
• Credentialing Timeframe: 5‑7 Days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Licensure Required: Active Texas State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Facility Location: Tyler, Texas – a city of about 100,000 residents located 100 miles southeast of the Dallas‑Fort Worth metro area, known as the “Rose Capital of the World” with the largest rose garden in the U.S.; healthcare‑dominated economy, birthplace of the U.S. Adopt‑a‑Highway program, home to Caldwell Zoo and Broadway Square Mall.

$106.70 – $115.50
