Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Role Overview: This position is for a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, responsible for providing full scope cardiothoracic care including first assisting in the OR, inpatient rounding, and clinic duties. Key Responsibilities Performing complex cardiothoracic procedures with proficiency in endoscopic vein harvestingCollaborating with a team of surgeons and APPs in a busy practice handling approximately 300-400 cases annuallyParticipating in inpatient care, surgical assistance, and outpatient follow-upContributing to a collegial and cohesive team environment Qualifications & Skills Relevant certification and licensure as a PA or NPExperience in cardiothoracic surgery, particularly in endoscopic vein harvestingStrong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced surgical setting Additional Details: Offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits including sign-on and relocation, and 6 weeks of paid time off.
