About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated NP/PA to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected Cardiothoracic practice. The role is supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
Responsibilities
- Join an established, stable, and well-respected Cardiothoracic team of 6 Physicians and 3 APPs
- No call required
- Practice setting: Inpatient
- Provide high-quality service in one convenient location as part of a full-service Cardiothoracic practice
Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration

Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Drug Enforcement Admin credential preferred
- Registered Nurse preferred, verified by local credentialing office
- Education: Master's degree in Nursing required
