About the role

Location: Appleton, WI. Facility: Ascension St Elizabeth Hospital. $5,000 sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance available. $2,000 CME allowance. Malpractice coverage with tail.

Responsibilities

• Join an established, expanding surgical team; work alongside dedicated surgical staff.
• Call structure: 1:3 rotating call schedule with collaborative, flexible team scheduling and shared holiday rotations.
• Practice setting includes inpatient rounding, ICU management, operating room (OR) surgical time, and outpatient clinic follow‑ups.
• Access to advanced surgical suites, dedicated CVRICU support teams, a direct referral pipeline, and an integrated Epic EMR network.
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system.
• Comprehensive Surgical & Clinical Management: lead advanced patient care across the full clinical continuum – including active surgical first
