About the role

AdventHealth Sebring is seeking board certified, highly motivated, and experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeons to join their rapidly growing program in Sebring, FL.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and implementation of a new Cardiothoracic Surgery program
• Treatment of complex cardiovascular conditions
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Contribute to research initiatives and quality improvement projects

Requirements

• Board Certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Current medical license in Florida
• Passing score on the American Board of Thoracic Surgery

Skills

• Proven surgical skills in cardiothoracic procedures
• Effective leadership and team management skills
• Strong clinical decision-making abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
