Piedmont Heart Institute is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Thoracic Surgeon to join our growing cardiovascular team at Piedmont Macon Medical Center. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a highly respected cardiovascular program serving a large and diverse patient population across Central Georgia.

• Full-time employed position
• Established cardiovascular service line with advanced procedural capabilities
• Practice includes a broad range of thoracic surgical procedures
• Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Thoracic Surgery
• At least two years of thoracic surgery experience
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States (H-1B sponsorship and J-1 waiver support available for qualified candidates)

Piedmont Macon Medical Center is a 310-bed regional medical center and one of only four hospitals within the Piedmont system providing adult cardiac surgery services. The cardiovascular program offers comprehensive care including structural heart procedures, electrophysiology services, interventional cardiology, and non-invasive cardiology.
