Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac, thoracic, and optional vascular surgeries.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and surgeons.
• Work alongside over 30 advanced practitioners for inpatient and outpatient support.
• Utilize modern facilities including 12 operating rooms (2 dedicated to cardiac), 2 hybrid rooms, and 2 Da Vinci robots.
• Manage high procedural volumes: 500+ surgeries annually, 3,200+ cath lab procedures, 11,000+ EP lab procedures.
• Handle 90 days of call annually, with advanced practice providers taking first call.
• Maintain minimal clinic responsibilities, ensuring 4+ days of OR time each week.

Requirements
