About the role

Join PAM Health Aiken’s brand-new rehabilitation hospital opening this fall and help shape the future of patient care from the beginning. Provide direct patient care as appropriate while directing and supervising the Respiratory Therapy Department. Oversight of ancillary services departments, including laboratory and radiology, dependent upon hospital need and structure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as appropriate
• Direct and supervise the Respiratory Therapy Department
• Oversee ancillary services departments, including laboratory and radiology, based on hospital need and structure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory (BSRC or BSRT) preferred; may be required if the hospital operates a blood gas laboratory
• Current RRT registry required
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in cardiopulmonary activities
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity preferred
