Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the Respiratory Therapy Department
• Oversight of ancillary services departments, to include laboratory and radiology, dependent upon hospital need and structure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory (BSRC or BSRT) preferred and may be required if the hospital operates a blood gas laboratory
• Current RRT registry required
• BLS and ACLS certification required

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of experience in cardiopulmonary activities required
• Minimum of one year experience in a supervisory capacity preferred
