About the role

Join PAM Health Aiken’s brand‑new rehabilitation hospital opening this fall and help shape the future of patient care from the beginning. This position offers relocation assistance up to $20,000 based on location and distance from the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as appropriate while directing and supervising the Respiratory Therapy Department.
• Oversee ancillary services departments, including laboratory and radiology, as needed based on hospital structure and demand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory (BSRC or BSRT) preferred; may be required if the hospital operates a blood‑gas laboratory.
• Current RRT registry required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in cardiopulmonary activities.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience preferred.
