Responsibilities
- Supports 5 advanced heart failure physicians in outpatient settings
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Provides advanced heart failure management services
Requirements
- Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
- Advanced heart failure experience preferred
- Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification
