Advanced Practice Provider - Cardiac Outpatient

About the Role
Provide outpatient care for cardiac surgery patients, including post-operative follow-up visits and long-term aortic surveillance management. Evaluate and manage surgical wounds, patient concerns, and ongoing cardiovascular care needs. Manage patient portal messages, results review, and care coordination through the inbox. Serve as an independent mid-level provider in clinic, occasionally as the sole APP on site.

Requirements
- Ideal candidates will have cardiac surgery experience
Schedule
Preferred schedule: Monday–Friday, five 8-hour shifts.
