Responsibilities
- Serve as a health-care provider specializing in suspected or known heart diseases.
- Provide outpatient and telehealth visits, including curbside consultations, pacemaker and defibrillator monitoring, and IV medication administration.
- Oversight of stress testing and educational presentations to patients and providers.
- Work flexible hours Monday through Friday, with no hospital call or weekend requirements.
- Report to a cardiologist.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted APRN license or willing to obtain a medical license in state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited APRN program.
- Demonstrate high-level interpersonal relationships and communications with colleagues and patients.
- Knowledge of email and EMR systems.
- One year of experience as a cardiovascular nurse practitioner.
- Experience with pacemaker/ICD monitoring.
- Experience with IV placement and administration of IV medications.
- Experience with dobutamine pumps.
- Experience in electrophysiology.
- Experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel.
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and HEDIS quality indicators.
Qualifications
- Associate of the American College of Cardiology (AACC).
- Experience with dobutamine pump.
- Experience in electrophysiology.
- Experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel.

Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in email and EMR systems.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $123,800 - $170,300 per year.
