Cardiology and Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

About the role
Join a team of esteemed physicians and providers in a busy outpatient practice setting. This role blends cardiology and primary care, including urgent care and pain management services. You will provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment. Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in continuity of care. Build strong patient relationships, communicate test results and follow-up care, and refer patients to specialists as needed.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- NP Certification
- Experienced preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
