Cardiac Ultrasonographer
To ensure that Cardiology services (the evaluation and treatment of patients) are completed in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner. Serves inpatients, outpatients, UHS staff, employees, and affiliated community groups as needed. Priority is given to services directly affecting patients and supervised staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac ultrasonography evaluations and treatments in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum required).
- Graduation from an accredited school for Cardiac Ultrasonography (preferred).
- Certification from ARDMS or CCI (required).
- CPR Certification within 3 months of hire.
Qualifications
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) via ARDMS (preferred).
- Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) via CCI (preferred).
Pay
$37.00 - $55.50 per hour, depending on experience.
