Cardiac Sonographer - $2,500 Sign-on Bonus!

Full time, 40 budgeted hours, day shift, based at SSH Cardiovascular Center HB.

About the Role

To perform cardiac ultrasound procedures of a professional level on all patient population serviced by South Shore Health & Educational Corporation other than pediatric patients. Responsible for the safety, mental and physical comfort of the patient.

Requirements

• BLS - Basic Life Support Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) (Including courses offered through SSH)
• Ability to demonstrate competency in cardiovascular echocardiography
• Must be able to recognize abnormal structure and be able to correlate this information into a useful study
• Must be able to deviate from normal techniques, when necessary, to develop new techniques
• Must be able to utilize ancillary devices, i.e., selected transducers

Pay

Pay Range $41.30 - $59.70
