Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Nurse

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns duties with organizational values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients
• Evaluate caregiver performance
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Uphold patient rights and ensure confidentiality

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact licensure
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire

Prior hospital experience preferred.

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform physical movements such as reaching and bending

Preferred experience in specialty areas and additional certifications.
