Baystate Regional Cardiology, a premier multidisciplinary cardiology practice, provides comprehensive cardiovascular care across electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, structural heart disease, advanced heart failure, advanced imaging, cardio-oncology, and a full spectrum of diagnostic and therapeutic services. Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts, anchored by Baystate Medical Center, the region's academic medical center and home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate.

Responsibilities
- Implantation and management of pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices, and conduction system pacing.
- Advanced right- and left-sided ablation procedures.
- Lead extraction and lead management.
- Inpatient and outpatient EP consultation.
- CIED remote monitoring oversight.
Qualifications
- ABMS BE/BC in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology is required.
- Candidates should have a commitment to high-quality clinical care, collaboration, teaching, and program growth.
- Expertise in complex ablation, device implantation, lead extraction and lead management, and remote CIED monitoring is strongly valued.
Compensation
Our compensation package consists of a base salary of between $515,000–$735,000 (based on 1.0 FTE, experience level and qualifications) and annual incentive bonus opportunities.
