Cardiac Catheterization Lab/EP Technologist

About the Role

Performs imaging procedures and treatments following radiology standards to assist in diagnosis and treatment. Executes assigned duties accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes radiologic principles, techniques, and positioning for optimal procedures, demonstrating thorough understanding.
• Develops and implements appropriate procedure or treatment plans per hospital protocols.
• Completes documentation complying with hospital policies.
• Maintains equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition.
• Participates in performance improvement activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Achieves assigned goals effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum six months of experience in the specialty area.
• ARRT(R) or RCIS certification required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• State licensure if applicable.
• Basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Registry in vascular intervention preferred.
