Cardiac Cath Lab Recovery Registered Nurse RN PRN

Responsibilities
- Transport patients to and from the Cath Lab
- Perform special procedures in the outpatient room (i.e., TEEs, Cardioversions, Stress tests, etc.)
- Effectively communicate verbal and written information, instruction and/or education to the patient, family members and other members of the health care team as appropriate
- Perform and document nursing care for all admission and recovery room patients within the Cath Lab Scope of Care
Qualifications
- RN license in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of one year of ICU/CCU or comparable ER, Cath Lab and/or recovery experience required
- Three years working as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Additional training in critical care, ER and/or recovery preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
