Card Services Expertise
- Experience with debit and credit card processing, dispute resolution, and fraud investigation.
- Familiarity with ATM operations, card settlement, and clearing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), 10-key calculator, and card processing software (Corelation Keystone preferred).
- Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to research and resolve complex card transaction issues.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with internal teams, members, and vendors. Commitment to providing unsurpassed service and maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One year of accounting coursework or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Completion of Card Fundamentals and Card Operations education classes within six months of hire.
