Car Wash Site Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time leader for our Tunnel Wash BU in Palmetto, Florida. This role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing site profitability while maintaining a safe and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach staff
• Schedule employee shifts with strict adherence to overtime policies
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and recognition initiatives
• Grow sales volume and increase site profitability
• Manage operating P&L metrics and understand cost impacts on margins and pricing
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries, incidents, and issues
• Maintain compliance with approved safety and vehicle damage claim procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role
• Supervisory or assistant manager experience in big box, auto industry, car wash, or lube store environments preferred
• Valid, unexpired Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check (MVR)

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, use of hands, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and kneeling
• Work in damp, humid, and outdoor variable weather conditions
• Lift/move up to 25lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs

Working Environment

• Outdoor car wash environment with moderate to excessively loud noise levels (hearing protection required)
• Adherence to OSHA safety guidelines and use of PPE (hearing, eye, foot, hand protection)
