About the role
Blue Iguana Car Wash is seeking motivated leaders for its Leadership Development Program. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will participate in a program that offers hands-on coaching and comprehensive training in operating a successful car wash. This role is not just about managing; it’s about developing leadership skills, building a winning team, and preparing for a Site Manager position.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example and create an outstanding customer experience
- Coach and motivate Customer Service & Sales Attendants
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operation
- Drive Unlimited Wash Club memberships and sales performance
- Aid with scheduling, daily operations, and inventory management
- Monitor key performance metrics and help achieve location goals
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Work alongside your team in a fast-paced outdoor environment
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- One year of management, supervisory, or leadership experience
- Customer service and sales experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable standing and walking for an entire shift
- Experience working in an outdoor environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
