Car Wash Management Trainee

About the role

Blue Iguana Car Wash is seeking motivated leaders for its Leadership Development Program. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will participate in a program that offers hands-on coaching and comprehensive training in operating a successful car wash. This role is not just about managing; it’s about developing leadership skills, building a winning team, and preparing for a Site Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and create an outstanding customer experience
• Coach and motivate Customer Service & Sales Attendants
• Recruit, train, and develop team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operation
• Drive Unlimited Wash Club memberships and sales performance
• Aid with scheduling, daily operations, and inventory management
• Monitor key performance metrics and help achieve location goals
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
• Work alongside your team in a fast-paced outdoor environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• One year of management, supervisory, or leadership experience
• Customer service and sales experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable standing and walking for an entire shift
• Experience working in an outdoor environment
• Valid driver's license preferred
