Car Wash Attendant - Full-Time Only

Responsibilities

• Providing superior customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Maintaining an incredibly welcoming facility, including general cleaning and organizing
• Assisting customers with their selection and purchase at the pay stations
• Actively explaining and offering monthly car wash membership options to customers
• Safely loading vehicles onto the tunnel conveyor system
• Assisting customers with their club membership at the POS computer system
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs

Requirements

• Outstanding work ethic, teachable and coachable, and willing to execute at a high standard
• Available to work any shift on any day of the week and select holidays
• Ability to frequently use general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment (e.g., pressure washers, lawn care equipment, snow and ice removal equipment, ladders, hand tools)
• Willingness to follow company uniform and appearance standards at all times
• Ability to frequently handle and use chemicals and general cleaning supplies
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and climb (ladders, etc.)
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions and in a loud environment
• Valid driver’s license
• 18 years or older
• US citizen or valid work authorization

Pay

• Compensation of $18–$24/hour depending on experience
• Paid weekly
• After 90 days, eligible for $20/hour pay and healthcare benefits

Schedule

• Consistent weekly schedule of 40 hours
• Limited to 5 days per week
