Car Wash Attendant - Full-Time Only

Responsibilities

• Providing superior customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Maintaining an incredibly welcoming facility, including general cleaning and organizing
• Aiding customers with their selection and purchase at the pay stations
• Actively explaining and offering monthly car wash membership options to customers
• Safely loading vehicles onto the tunnel conveyer system
• Aiding customers with their club membership at the POS computer system
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs

Requirements

• Must have an outstanding work ethic, be teachable and coachable, be a contributing team member, and be willing to execute at a high standard, the Swift Wash way
• Must be available to work any shift on any day of the week and select holidays
• Must be able to frequently use general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment such as, but not limited to, pressure washers, lawn care equipment, snow and ice removal equipment, ladders, hand tools, etc
• Must be willing to follow company uniform and appearance standards at all times
• Must be able to frequently handle and use chemicals and general cleaning supplies
• Must be able to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and climb (ladders, etc.)
• Must be able to work in variable weather conditions and in a loud environment
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 or older
• Must be a US citizen or have valid work authorization

Pay

Compensation of $18-$21/hour depending on experience. Get paid weekly!

Schedule

Scheduled days are limited to 5 days per week. Consistent weekly schedule of 40 hours!

Benefits

After 90 days, employees become eligible for $21/hour pay and healthcare benefits.
