Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey
- Professionally represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Communicate with potential prospects via web leads, phone leads, and store leads
- Frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- A friendly and cooperative demeanor
- Quick to connect and build relationships with others
- Easily adaptable to changing environments and priorities
- Persuasive with a strong drive for results
- Tolerant of uncertainty
- Must be 18 years or older and have a valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- Natural ability to build great relationships and motivate others
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred

- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environments
