Car Rental Manager
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the car rental department, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Manage rental fleet availability, maintenance, and scheduling to maximize utilization.

Develop and implement rental policies, procedures, and promotional initiatives to increase revenue.

Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle rentals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in car rental management or a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet management, and rental software systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
