Overview
Client Representatives are the main point of contact for all of our clients. They effectively and efficiently resolve all client concerns by closely monitoring issue trends, consistently proposing system improvements, expertly communicating with clients, and strategically delegating to other team members.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in all aspects of application and support including troubleshooting, training, and on-going support
- Train and manage high-end client and marketing reports including exception reports, payment notification reports, and weekly status reports
- Facilitate recurring client meetings
- Maintain internal collaboration with our operational teams
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage work
- Excellent research and problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Time management and organization
- Self-motivated
