Capture Manager

For a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Capture Manager to lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. This role involves working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Oversee bid strategies and transition from opportunity to award
• Ensure prioritization and funding for pursuits
• Provide market insights for strategy development
• Lead Readiness to Win process and executive reviews
• Drive proposal themes and differentiation
• Develop capture planning and opportunity analysis
• Identify and coordinate teaming/subcontracting arrangements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field plus 10 years relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• US citizenship required due to the nature of the work
• Residing in mainland USA territory is necessary
• Proven record in diversified accounts and proposal execution is preferred

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
