Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Capture Manager who will work closely with all of Northrop Grumman’s functional organizations leadership team, internal marketing or government relations teams, and other industry and government partners. In this role, the ideal candidate will lead capture efforts to secure new opportunities, re-compete contracts, or task order business. Capture leads play a critical role in the organization by growing and leading teams that develop and execute capture plans, including architecting the technical and business strategy; leading competitive assessments and prices-to-win; conducting gap assessments and defining potential supplier or teaming approaches; and leading bid and proposal activities. This position requires you to work at one of the primary work sites: Redondo Beach, CA or Dulles, VA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years' experience with program management, customer management, capture, and/or business development and technical leadership
  • Current DoD Top Secret clearance and eligibility for SCI at the time of application
  • US Federal Agency experience required
  • DoD or IC Space domain experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in program planning, budget development and execution, workforce planning, risk management, and the implementation of project processes and controls
  • Current user and acquisition customer relationships

Pay

Primary level salary range: $161,100.00 - $241,700.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
