Capital Structuring Analyst

About the role

This position involves developing and implementing capital structures for various financial instruments. You will work closely with investment teams to assess and manage risk, optimize returns, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze financial models to evaluate potential capital structures
• Collaborate with investment teams to design and execute financing strategies
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with capital structures
• Prepare and present financial analyses to senior management
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting capital structuring

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in capital structuring, financial analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial markets and instruments
• Experience with structured finance products
• Understanding of corporate finance principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$145,000 – $185,000 total annual compensation (varies by employer)
