Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with the General Contracting Community.
- Communicate to prospects and customers the value of the highly skilled labor force at Kelvin, which includes Engineering & Design, Project Management, Controls, & onsite skilled technicians.
- Attend industry trade shows and network with key prospects to build a robust funnel.
- Develop estimates and proposals in accordance with the company’s Delegation of Authority (DOA).
- Utilize Salesforce (CRM) software in a disciplined manner to maintain a multistage funnel capable of delivering sales targets.
- Keep ahead of the technology and regulation changes in the market to position Kelvin as a thought leader.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling to industrial clients.
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and complete work while traveling.
- Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
