Responsibilities
- Manage the construction of complex water utility infrastructure projects, including groundwater wells, booster stations, reservoirs, treatment plants, and related facilities.
- Oversee project delivery, contractor oversight, and contract administration.
- Interpret engineering documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, inspectors, regulatory agencies, and City staff.
- Navigate procurement, contracting, budgeting, and approval processes for the City of Pasadena.
- Address unforeseen construction challenges and enforce safety policies.
- Lead projects from bidding and construction through to completion.
