Capital Markets Role

Join our capital markets team to execute IPOs, follow-ons and debt offerings while building deep relationships with issuers and investors. Based in New York, you will lead workstreams across equity and debt offerings, coordinating with issuers, underwriters and institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Execute IPO, follow-on and private placement processes from mandate to closing.
• Prepare offering memoranda, investor presentations and pricing analyses.
• Coordinate roadshows, investor targeting and book-building activities.
• Monitor market conditions and advise clients on timing and structure.
• Achieve flawless execution of capital markets transactions with positive client feedback.
• Build strong relationships with institutional investors and syndicate partners.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
• Progress toward expanded client coverage and origination responsibilities.

Requirements

Experience

• 2–4 years in equity capital markets, debt capital markets or related investment banking roles.
• Track record executing public or private offerings with meaningful deal exposure.
• Strong understanding of securities regulations, pricing dynamics and investor behaviour.
