About the role

Slope is building the next generation of credit infrastructure for businesses. You will play a key role in managing warehouse facilities, executing loan sales, and developing new institutional funding channels. This role requires a high level of cross-functional expertise, combining knowledge of structured finance, fintech, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our existing warehouse lines, including facility drawdowns, monitoring, and reporting.
• Work with senior team members to manage external relationships with funding partners, investors, lawyers, and auditors.
• Analyze and interpret the impact of various funding strategies on broader corporate goals.
• Ensure accuracy and fidelity of loan and payment tapes, and month-end reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline or automate processes to support the company’s rapid growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build the technology and risk infrastructure needed for the capital markets function.
• Assess financeability and data/reporting requirements for new product initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, working for an ABS issuer, or with a top structured finance accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in capital-intensive fintech is a plus.
• Strong blend of strategic and tactical execution skills; capable of influencing strategy while also handling detailed tasks.
• Excellent communicator with a focus on building relationships and alignment, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and thrive in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments.
• Proficient in Excel with strong financial modeling skills.

Pay

This role has an annual starting salary range of $95,000 - $130,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to your individual skills and experience.
