Capital Markets Manager

Responsibilities

• Build advanced financial models and tools for funding evaluation
• Collaborate with Credit, Data, and FP&A teams on capital markets activities
• Structure strategies for debt and equity and assess capital structure
• Create tools for generating investor materials
• Deliver presentations to investors and senior management

Qualifications

• 5+ years in investment banking, fintech, or asset management
• Expertise in complex financial modeling and structuring asset-backed securities
• Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Detail-oriented with structured and critical thinking
• Proficient in project management and organization
• Data analytics experience including SQL, Python, and Excel
• Familiar with AI tools for operational efficiency
• Experience in innovative debt and equity strategies
• Interest in fintech with a focus on impact
• Strong quantitative analysis skills
• CFA or MBA is a plus

Pay

$140,000 – $160,000 annually
