Capital Markets Manager

Accountabilities
Support strategic financial initiatives by developing analytical frameworks, evaluating financing opportunities, and providing insights that guide business decisions.
Partner with teams across credit, data, finance, and operations to support the development and execution of capital markets initiatives.
Analyze debt and equity structures and contribute to strategic capital allocation decisions.
Develop tools and processes to streamline investor reporting, materials preparation, and transaction analysis.
Prepare and present financial insights, recommendations, and business cases to investors and senior leadership.
Leverage large datasets and technology solutions, including AI tools, to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
Support transaction lifecycle activities, including planning, execution support, reporting, and ongoing performance analysis.
Requirements
Strong experience in finance, structured analysis, and capital markets, with the ability to combine quantitative skills with strategic thinking.
Experience working with large datasets and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including executives and investors.
Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach to analysis and decision-making.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
